Vishwanathan (Jayaram), a mild-mannered young man, is repeatedly mistaken for a notorious criminal who looks exactly like him. What begins as an odd encounter soon follows him to work and home, unsettling his relationships and turning simple tasks risky. As reports of the lookalike’s exploits spread, Vishwanathan tries to clear his name, only to find that evidence and memory can be bent to fit a story. The film tracks how a mistaken identity closes off options and forces a quiet man to act in ways he never intended, without revealing where that pressure finally leads.
